It's not that Spencer Martin hasn't done his fair share for the Canucks, but he can't take that much workload and with Thatcher Demko being out for quite some time, the Canucks can't really afford a loosing stretch.

Donnie and Dhali suggested in their latest show that under former management, the Canucks previously had interest in veteran netminder Anton Khudobin. He's currently spending the remainder of his contract with the Stars' farm club. This season he's had quite the stellar stats showing a 8-3-3 record, 0.917 SV % and a 2.53 GAA.

We were informed in the earlier stages of Demko's injuries that the Canucks would consider adding a goalie at the right price, and Khudobin would certainly come in cheap. The 36-year-old hasn't been in a NHL game since the earlier stages of last season. The real question is, would he really be an upgrade from Collin Delia?
