MAJOR | Jamie Been sends vicious cross-checks to Mark Stone's head
Just a few minutes into the third game of this spirited playoff series, the Stars lost their captain after he was thrown out for a vicious cross check to Mark Stone's head.
Benn was immediately ejected and will definitely be hearing from player safety tomorrow. Such despicable acts don't belong in the game and it's hard to think that this agression had not intent to injure.
Jamie Benn was most likely trying to spark things up for his team since things aren't looking good as they trail 2-0 in the serie and at the moment these lines were written, they were also down in the game.
